I don't know what to say. I had no idea she passed. I'm privileged to have known Annette for all these years, and feel like a part of the family. I love you all very much and I'm praying for each of you.

I worked with Annette at Lexington Medical Center & she was a great friend to me. I felt like I knew each one of you. She will be missed by all who knew & loved her. Prayers for each of you.

Ms Annette was one of my patients at dialysis. She was a lovely lady and a great patient. We called her "mamaw". I miss her bright spunky personality and the love and appreciation she had for us. Sending prayers for comfort and strength and peace during this time. Much love Wendy
