Traditional Funeral Options

1. Limited graveside service- Services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home, embalming and other preparation of body, staff and equipment for graveside service, funeral coach, utility van, and family car when needed. (This package does not provide staff or facilities for visitation in our chapel nor your church. A private family 1 hour viewing prior to the graveside service which will not be published to the public. Does not include opening or closing of grave, sales tax, casket or vault, paid obituaries nor death certificates.)

2. Funeral and visitation in your church or our chapel in the evening, burial the next day- Includes basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to funeral home, embalming and other preparation of body, use of facilities for viewing and visitation or for visitation in another facility, funeral in your church or our chapel, hearse, limo and utility van, register book, memorial folders, acknowledgement cards, home equipment, and temporary grave marker if needed. (This package does not include casket or outer burial container of your choice, sales tax, paid obituaries, opening and closing of grave, vault service nor death certificate.)

3. Graveside service with visitation at the funeral home the evening prior to the service- Includes basic service of funeral director and staff, local transfer of remains to the funeral home, embalming and other preparation of body, use of facilities for viewing and visitation or viewing in other facility, hearse, limo,and utility van, register book, memorial folders, acknowledgement cards, home equipment and temporary grave marker if needed. (This package does not include casket or outer burial container of your choice, sales tax, paid obituaries, opening and closing of grave, vault service nor death certificate.)

4. Full traditional service with visitation at the funeral home the evening prior to the service- Includes basic service of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to the funeral home, embalming and other preparation of body, use of facilities for viewing or visitation or viewing in other facility, funeral service in our chapel or your church, hearse, limo, and utility van, register book, memorial folders, acknowledgement cards, home equipment and temporary grave marker if needed and. (This package does not include casket or outer burial container of your choice, sales tax, paid obituaries, opening and closing of grave, vault service nor death certificate.)

Infant and baby services- No Charge
Services not included in infant or baby services:
-Opening and closing of grave nor grave plot
-Newspaper obituaries

Caskets range from $1495.00 to $4195.00, outer burial containers from $1095.00 to $2395.00

There are savings discounts when arrangements are made in advance through our pre-need services. These savings range from $100.00 to $500.00 when packages are paid in full prior to need. Funding is available through pre-need insurance companies and our bank trust company. All pre-funded funerals are registered through the North Carolina Board of Funeral Service to protect the consumer and insure the safety of the investment. No funds belong to the funeral home, to the individual, or any person until funds are released at time of need. A filing fee of $20.00 is required by the State of North Carolina.

Davie Funeral Service provides quality service to Davie, Yadkin, Surry, Iredell, Davidson, Rowan, and Forsyth Counties without additional charges.
