Margaret Christine Norman Bailey, 57, of Lexington went home to be the Lord Saturday, November 4, 2017, from High Point Regional Hospital. She was a native of Davidson County, born March 31, 1960, and the daughter of Violet Lee Bivens and the late John Robert “Jack” Norman.

Mrs. Bailey graduated from Lexington City High School and was a member of Grace Journey Church. She was a retired department manager with Winn-Dixie Stores in Lexington.

Those left to cherish her memory is her husband of 31 years, Randy Lee Bailey; one daughter, Margaret Elizabeth Bailey-Jordan (Christopher) of Lexington; two brothers, Matthew Bivens (Teresa) of Linwood and Henry M. Bivens (Misty) of Thomasville; one sister, Linda Bivens (Lawrence) of Lexington and one grandchild, Gabriel Lee Jordan.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday, November 9, at Grace Journey Church. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Gerald L. Shean and Pastor Glen Dusina officiating. Interment will follow in the Lexington City Cemetery.

At other times the family will receive friends at the residence.
