William Carl Thurston, Jr.

William Carl Thurston Jr., age 57 of Lexington, N.C. passed away September 25, 2020 at his home.

Mr. Thurston was born on April 30, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of William Carl Thurston, Sr.  and Patricia Alice Headley McNew.

Mr. Thurston was employed as a tester for Asco Power Tech for ten years. He attended West Davidson High School. He enjoyed fishing and working on vehicles. He also served our country in the Army.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Carl Thurston, Sr. and one sister, Terry Thurston.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Patricia Alice Headley McNew, two sons, Brandon Thurston of Lexington, Dustin Thurston of Lexington, a brother, David M. Thurston (Donna) of Lexington, and a sister, Sharon Thurston of Lexington.
