William Lewis Carter

William Lewis Carter, 54, of Thomasville, NC, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem, NC.

He was born June 29, 1970, in East Liverpool, Ohio, to the late Terry Lee VanDyke and Leah Marie Carter.

William served his country in the United States Army before being medically discharged.  He was employed as an automobile salesman.

William was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his two sons, William Edward Carter, Joseph Alexander Carter; one daughter, Elizabeth Marie Carter; and one sister, Crystal VanDyke.
