Wilbur Stokes Kimbrell Jr

Wilbur Stokes Kimbrell, Jr. 79, of Lexington died on December 24, 2022 at Pelican Health in Thomasville.

He was born December 7, 1943 in Davidson County to Wilbur Stokes Kimbrell, Sr. and Hilda Broach Phelps Kimbrell.

Wilbur was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Darrell Kimbrell.

Mr. Kimbrell leaves behind his wife Helen Younts Kimbrell, a son Matthew Kimbrell of Winston,  one grandchild Barrett Kimbrell , two brothers, Paul Kimbrell (Bonnie) of Lexington, Bill Kimbrell (Patty) of Lexington and a devoted friend, Betty Hodges (Breeze).

Wilbur was a brick mason.  

The family will hold a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
