Thomas Frank Farley Sr., 72, died May 26, 2019 at Wake Forest Baptist Health Care in Winston Salem. Thomas was a native of Herkimer County, New York. A son born on December 11, 1946, to the late Terrance Farley and Elizabeth Blaze Farley. He is preceded in death by a wife of many years, Reva Cook, two brothers, and one sister.
Thomas attended West Winfield, a school that was located in up-state New York. He worked for more than fifteen years as a gunsmith at Remington Arms manufacturing guns. He fought for our country as a Vietnam Veteran in the army.
Those left to cherish his memory are two sons, Thomas and Lori Farley Jr. of Mount Ulla, Michael and Angela Farley of Mooresville; a daughter, Julie and Michael Wine of Lake Winona, IN; seven grandchildren, Lisha Farley, Krista Fineout, Jonathan Wine of IN., Prvt. Austin Wine of Polk, LA., Ellianna Farley, Trent Farley, Delilah Farley; three great grand-children, Blayden Wines, Addison Wines, and Kyilee Fineout.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at the National Cemetery in Salisbury, on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at 1:00 PM.
