Tammy Jean West

Tammy Jean West, 60, of Clemmons, North Carolina passed away on November 1, 2023 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

She was born August 10, 1963, in Forsyth County to Azer Gene West and Helen Lou Crocker South.

Ms. West was a graduate of North Davidson High School and was employed at Lexington Home Brands.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her best friend Kim Yountz..

Those left to cherish her memory are her significant other, Jeffrey Garrison; two sons, Christopher Miller and Joseph Miller (Emily); two daughters, Brittainy Garrison and Amber Howell (Kyle); two brothers, Steve West (Dawn) and Randy West (Melanie); two fur babies, Jordyn and Jublee; two nieces, Samantha West and Abbey West; seven grandchildren; Braden Miller, Alyssa Hamilton, Luke Hamilton, Tanner Taylor, Annabeth Howell, Hudson Howell, and Garrett Taylor.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life of Memorial Service, on Monday, November 6, 2023 at 1:00pm at Davie Burial and Cremation Chapel, with the Pastor Mike Lee, officiating.
