Stella Agatha Lee

Stella Agatha Lee, 90, passed away early Thursday morning December 27, 2018 at the Hinkle Hospice Hospice House in Davidson County. A native of Georgetown, Guyana South America, Stella was born September 23, 1928, a daughter to the late Gandabar and Surajudai Singh. She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-three years, Mr. Samuel Oswald Lee, and a daughter Lucille Lee.

For more than twelve years Stella worked in the child care industry for Dr. Baker and his family as a nanny.

Left to cherish her memory are  two sons, Robert Lee (Haymahwaty) of Lexington, North Carolina, David Lee ( Savitree) of New Jersey; two daughters, Glenis Ally of Burlington, North Carolina, Patricia Singh of Asheville North Carolina; a brother, Peter Singh of New York; a sister, Jean Ramsamugh (Sammy) of New York; fifteen grandchildren, Michelle, Marcya, Fiona, Nick, Andrew, Sam, Alex, Bruce, Lizzy, Matthew, Lisa, Viviana, Stephanie, Christopher, Gabriella; and ten great grandchildren, Brittany, Joey, Paul, Emily, Lauren, Mike, Darren, Aaron, Dylan, and Liv.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Sunday, December 30, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Davie Burial & Cremation in Lexington. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Monday, December 31, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Davie Burial & Cremation in Lexington with Father Ambrose officiating.
