Sherri Lynn (Rose) Robinson

Sherri Lynn Robinson, 62, died February 27, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center in Davidson county. Sherri was a native of Lexington, North Carolina. Born April 19, 1956, a daughter to the late Jesse Alexander Rose Jr. and Ruth Jean Biesecker. Preceding her in death is a loving husband of thirty -six years, Bobby Lyle Robinson Jr., and a son, Thomas Lyle Robinson.

Sherri was a graduate from Lexington Senior High School. She began her career as a manager in the bakery at Golden Corral in Lexington around 2002-2003, which turned into more than just a job. She took pride in what she did and enjoyed baking. She was employed with Golden Corral for more than sixteen years. Her most favorite past time was spent being a nana to all her grandchildren.  

Left to cherish her memory are three sons, Justin Robinson (Kelly) of Lexington, Drew Robinson, Chad Robinson both of Linwood; two daughters Melissa Robinson of Mount Olive, Erin Robinson of Linwood; nine grandchildren, Avery McClellan, Emma McClellan, Hope McClellan, Delaney Loalbo, Lance Loalbo Jr., Alex Loalbo, Lynsey Robinson, Kynlei Robinson, Kaleb Morrow; one great grandchild Johnny Loalbo Jr.; three sisters Beverly Beck (Ronald) Melanie Calloway both of Lexington, Elizabeth “Tink” Mizner (Jim) of Boone.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held on Tuesday March 5, 2019 at 7:00PM at Christian Baptist Church on Hwy 150, Linwood. Family and friends can pay their respects one hour prior to the service. Ray Robinson will be officiating.
