Scott Phillip Trogdon

Scott Phillip Trogdon, 66, of Lexington, North Carolina passed away June 6, 2023 at Hinkle Hospice House.

Mr. Trogdon was born August 17, 1956 in Davidson County, NC to Thomas Edwin Trogdon, “Tom” and Doris Jean (Tarleton) Trogdon.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tom Trogdon.

Mr. Trogdon attended Davidson County Schools. He worked for the U.S. Post Office (Linwood) as a rural mail carrier. Scott attended Journey Church. Mr. Trogdon enjoyed surf fishing and loved spending time with family, especially his grandkids.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Linda Sue Craver Trogdon, one son, Zachary “Zac” Trogdon (Mariecil) of Jacksonville, Fla., one daughter Deana Crounh (Adam) of Lexington, one brother Steve Trogdon (Karen) of Lexington, grandchildren, Emmit, Addilyn “Addi”, Gatlin Crouch, Anja Trogdon and his dog Archie.

The family request that Memorials be made to Hinkle Hospice House and Journey Church.

The family will receive family and friends at Journey Church on Sunday, June 11, 2023 from 3:30pm to 4:00pm.  A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm following the visitation.

He inspired all of us to be our very best. We would like to say a special thank you to Dennis, Rhonda and Ronnie for all you have done and helped us with. We would also like to thank all the doctors, nurses and the palliative care team, as well as the Hospice Hinkle House for all the love and care they gave.
