Ronald “Ronnie” Eugene Milam, 54, passed away late Monday night on June 10, 2019, in the comforts of his own home. A native of Ashe County, Ronnie was born on July 5, 1964. A son to the late Jack William Milam and Judith Worley Milam. He is preceded in death by a son, Jeremy Milam and one brother, Jerry W. Milam.
Ronnie graduated from West Davidson High School in 1982. Later on he enrolled in college at ECPI. He worked as a quality control inspector at Freight Liner for m ore than nine years. Ronnie was a member at Madison Height Freewill Baptist Church, and was of Baptist faith.
Those left to cherish his memories are two daughters, Danielle Milam of Lexington, Desiree Milam of Welcome; a brother, Steve Milam of Lexington; two sisters, Sandy Baker (Barret) of Walbury, Robyn Burton (Donald) of Welcome; two grandchildren, Ashton Ball and Conner Ethan Ball; his most loyal dog, Jasper.
