Ricky Adam Dale Lankford

Ricky Adam Dale Lankford, 28, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019. A native of Forsyth County, Ricky was born November 7, 1990, a son to Sherri Leigh Newsom. He is preceded in death by grandparents; a uncle, Vance Newsom; and aunt, Tina Newsom.

Ricky attended Lexington Senior High School. He worked as a blow mold operator at Cardinal Container for over four months.

Those left to cherish his memory are four brothers, Timothy Wampler of Yadkinville, Joseph Lankford, Zacorie  Newsom, Austin Newsom all of Lexington; two sisters, Carolyn Wampler of  Yadkinville, Autumn Newsom of Lexington; and best friend, Christopher “Shotgun” Crawford of Lexington.

A gathering of family & friends will be held in the chapel of Davie Burial & Cremation of Lexington on Monday, April 8, 2019, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
