Rashaunda Monique Butler

Rashaunda Monique Butler, 29, died early Friday morning in the comforts of her home in Davidson County. A native of Rochester, New York, born November 23, 1989, a daughter to the late Ivory Butler Jr. and Harriette Lee. She is preceded in death by only her parents.

Rashaunda graduated from BOCES 2 High School in New York. She loved spending time w her daughter and listening to music together. She attended church at First Genesis Baptist Church in Rochester, New York for over twenty six years.

Left to cherish her memory are a daughter , Lamiyah McBride of Lexington; two sisters, Himeka Shaw (Robert) of Lexington, Nicole Sheffield of New York; two brothers, a twin, Rashad Butler and Ivory Butler both of New York.

A Gathering of Family and Friends Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2019,  from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM in the chapel of Davie Burial & Cremation in Lexington.
