Rachel May Nichols, 24, of Linwood died Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem.

She was born in Davidson County on May 28, 1993. She was the daughter of Raymond E. Nichols and Lavonna A. Trivette Wilson. She attended West Davidson High School and was of the Baptist faith.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at 5:00 pm at Davie Burial & Cremation Service Chapel with Pastor Scott Steed officiating. No visitation will be held. 

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her three brothers, Staff Sergeant Jonathan Nichols and Matthew Nichols, both of Cary, NC, and Aaron Nichols of Lexington; and one sister, Rebecca Nichols, of Lexington.
