Paul Edwin Jones Jr

Paul Edwin Jones, Jr. of Lexington, North Carolina, passed away April 13, 2023 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist – Lexington Medical Center.

Mr. Jones was born October 26, 1964, in Davidson County, North Carolina to Paul Edwin Jones, Sr. and Hazel Virginia Metcalf Jones.

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister Lisa Flynn.

Mr. Jones attended Lexington City Schools.  He worked as an automobile mechanic. Attended Arrington Heights FWB Church. Paul Jr. enjoyed working on cars, his motorcycle and he loved his cats.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother Hazel Jones, one brother Buddy Langley (Gloria) of Kernersville, a brother-in-law Mike Martin of Lexington, three sisters Sheila Walters (Charles) of Lexington, Paula Martin of Lexington, and Cindy Fields of Kernersville.

The family will have a gathering of family and friends, on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Arrington Heights Free Will Baptist Church prior to a Celebration of Life service at 2:00pm with Pastor Doug McGee and Keith McGee officiating. Family requests that memorials be made to Arrington Heights.
