Pamela Jean Smith, 60, died at High Point Regional Hospital in High Point on Tuesday, March 31, 2020. A native of Davidson County, born on March 11, 1960, a daughter to the late Bobby B. Beck and Mrs. Betty Jean Poole Beck. She is preceded in death by only her father.
Pam was a graduate of Central Davidson High School, “Class of 1979.” Pam was a home maker and enjoy taking care of her family. She was of Pentecostal faith.
Those left to cherish her memory are a loving husband of twenty-three years, Mr. Donald William Smith Jr.; a son, Bobby E. Beck (Mindy Hunt); a daughter, Ashley M. Coleman; a brother, Bobby Burton Beck Jr.; two sisters, Marilyn Nance (Christopher), Ronda McCurdy; five grandchildren, Serenity Beck, Rylan Beck, Shane, Dalton, and Landen Cline all of Lexington.
In order to comply with the directives from Governor Cooper’s office, a small private service will be held at a later date. Stanley Martin will be officiating.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers all donations be made to the funeral home to help with the expenses of the funeral.
