Norma C (Ricket) Cecil

Norma Christine “Chris” Cecil, 68, went home to be with the Lord Friday, December 14, 2018. A native of Michigan, a daughter born February 5, 1949, to the late Henry and Phylis Helman.

Norma was a very loving mother and devoted wife of thirty-seven years. She was employed for more than ten years at Bryant Godfrey Attorney at Law Office in the legal services department.
