Mary Jean Fuller Chambers, of Lexington, North Carolina, passed away June 3, 2023 at Atruim Health Wake Forest Lexington Medical Center.
Ms. Chambers was born January 28, 1962 in Davidson County to Eugene Shavers and Dorothy Mae Fuller.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandmother, aunt and an uncle.
Ms. Chambers graduated from Lexington Sr. High School. She worked in healthcare as a cook for Abbott’s Creek Nursing Home. Mary Jean enjoyed cooking and entertaining.
Left to cherish her memory are two brothers Robert E. Fuller (Wilma) of Lexington, Danny Lee Fuller (Laura) of Lexington, three sisters all of Lexington Linda C. Fuller, Dorothy Olivia Fuller, Sharon Roshell Fuller, a special aunt, Mary Anderson of Salisbury, a roommate and longtime partner Michelle Fowler, a good friend Vanikka Clark and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
