Mary McCloud Bowers

Mary McCloud Bowers, 80, of Advance, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, March 13th, 2025, at Bermuda Commons Nursing and Rehab. 

Mary was born in Kentucky, on May 27th, 1944, but she lived in Elkin, North Carolina, for most of her life.

She enjoyed being a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bowers; her siblings; and her three children, Robert "Bobby" Bowers, Shari Billings, and Toni McClamrock.

Survivors include, her grandchildren, Rickey McClamrock II, Heather McClamrock, William Billings (Kim), Michael Billings (Jasmine), Lynn Baker (Rex), Diane Robida; and her nine great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
