Marsha Elaine Woods

Marsha Elaine Woods, age 10, of Welcome passed away on February 20, 2021 at Brenner Children’s Hospital.

Marsha was born on March 14,2010 in Davidson County to Sarah Woods. She attended Welcome Elementary School. She enjoyed playing soccer and softball.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Marshall Walser, Jr. and Bobbie Jo Walser.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Sarah Woods, her stepdad, Jimmy Burton, grandparents, Jimmy Dean and Wendy Walser Woods of Linwood, step- grandparents, Jimmie and Cindy Hadden of Lexington, aunt  Kimberly Woods, great aunt, Pamela Watkins of Lexington, uncle Marshall D. and Misty of Linwood, uncle Chris of Albemarle, and Marshall (Littleman) Walser her favorite cousin, as well as many more aunts, uncles and cousins.

Celebration of Life will be held at Lighthouse Baptist of Welcome on March 6, 2021, at 1:00 pm., Pastor Avery Varnadore, officiating. Visitation will be  12-1:00pm prior to the service. Afterwards family will receive friends at home.
