Mark Myers

Albert Mark Myers “Woody” 59, of Lexington, N.C. passed away January 30, 2022 at home surrounded by his family.

Mr. Myers was born February 23, 1962 in Davidson Co. to Jackie Charles Myers and Betty Carol Wood Myers.

He was a self-employed brick mason for forty years. He attended North Davidson High School and he was proud to be a Black Knight. He loved the outdoors as well as hunting and fishing. He was an avid UNC Tar Heel Fan.  Mr. Myers was very devoted to his family.

He was proceeded in death by his Father Jackie Myers, step father Steve Mize and a sister Jacqueline Prince.

Mr. Myers leaves behind his fiance’ Wanda Wilson of Lexington, his mother, Betty Myers, two brothers Bobby Myers (Angie) of Lexington, Kenneth Myers (Lisa) of Linwood, a sister Carol Jean Black (Danny) of Lexington, as well as several nieces and nephews.  

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be Sunday, February 6,2022 at 2:00 in the Davie Burial & Cremation Chapel. Pastor Timothy Sink officiating.

Family would like for everyone to wear Carolina blue to the service if they desire.

Memorials may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Oraganization.
