Linda Mae “Bivens” Meadows, 70, died on February 25, 2020 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Davidson County. A native of Davidson County, she was born on Saturday, August 6, 1949. She was the daughter to the late couple, John Franklin Bivens and Oleta Mae Bean Bivens. She is proceeded in death by her parents. two brothers, David Bivens and Jerry Bivens, and two sisters, Martha Berrier and Ruth Hughes.
Linda was a graduate from Central Davidson High School and was of the “Class of 1967.” She was employed for more than seventeen years at PPG as a winder. Linda was of the Baptist faith and attended Holloways Baptist Church.
Those left to cherish her memory are Mr. Robert Marlow, the love of her life; a son, Wayne Lee Meadows of Linwood; 2 daughters, Angela Arthur (Cleetus) of Lexington, and Jamie Jackson of South Carolina, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
The family will host a private graveside service
