Kenneth Miller Obituary

Kenneth Leonard Miller, 81, of Lexington went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Health after a short illness.

He was born July 31, 1939 in Alamance County to the late Cleatus Leonard Miller and Cleo Rackley Miller.

Kenneth served his country in the United States Navy. He married his sweetheart of 62 years, Clara Ruth Crowder Miller on March 19, 1958 in Chesterfield SC.

He leaves to cherish his memory, a son, Kenneth "Kenny" Miller and Wife Cindy of Lexington, a daughter Debbie Miller Gill and husband Scott of Lexington, a brother, Carl Denny Miller and wife Lynne of Kitchener, Ontario, a granddaughter Michelle McCrary of Lexington, great grandchildren Madyson McCrary, Jacob McCrary, and Casey Jones of Lexington, a special niece Carlene Scallen and husband Jeff of Shreveport, LA., his favorite cousin Charlie "Red" Britt of Norfolk, VA. and a host of nephews, nieces, neighbors, and friends. He was proceeded in death by his parents, a brother Marvin Miller of Thomasville, and a nephew Chris Miller of Greenwood, LA.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
