John Edward Larson

John Edward Larson, 54 passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.

He was born in Rockford, IL on May 8, 1970, to Dale Larson (Vaudi) and Sharon Kessler Larson.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Amy C. Larson; one son, Matt Larson; three daughters, Sarah Larson, Hannah Larson, Grace Larson; one step son, Cody Childers; two brothers, Tim Larson, DG Larson; and four grandchildren, Korben, Skylar, Emma and Natalie.

John worked as an Auto Mechanic for Wicked Wrench and attended Freedom Baptist Church in Lexington.

The family will have a Celebration of Life Service on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 11:00am at Freedom Baptist Church with Pastor Nathan Brinkley, officiating. Interment will follow in Galilee Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 10:30am to 11:00am, prior to the service. 

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Hinkle Hospice House or Freedom Baptist Church.
