Jay William Collier

Jay William Collier age 69 of Lexington passed away July 4, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Health Lexington Medical Center.  Jay was born April 30, 1952 in Cook County Illinois, his parents were Edward Collier and Mary Anne Young Collier.  Jay owned Lake Line Delivery in Evanston Illinois for over 30 years, he enjoyed horse racing and spending time with his family anywhere warm weather was.  

Jay was preceded in death by his sister Kim Collier Beinlich and is survived by his significant other Jill May.  No services are scheduled at this time.
