Obituary
Helen Alma Davis Shaw, 85 passed away at Alston Brook Nursing & Rehab, on Tuesday, February 1, 2022.
Mrs. Shaw was born in Davidson County on November 24, 1936 to Clyde Elmer Davis and Lucille Helen Bisecker Davis. Haupt..
She attended Welcome School. She worked for Erlanger Mills as a Winder for twenty years. Mrs. Shaw was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church. She was crowned Mrs. Davidson Co. in 1999 and logged over two thousand hours as a crisis volunteer with the hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Lucille Davis Haupt and her beloved husband Homer Lee Shaw.
Those left to cherish her memory are two sons, Tim Shaw (Deborah) of Lexington, David Shaw (Cheryl) of Lexington, one daughter, Vickie J. Shaw Harrison of Georgia, four grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Memorial service will be Friday, February 4, 2022 - 1:00pm at Forest Hill Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Clyde Akers officiating. Burial to follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park.
