Creed Bentley

Creed Bentley, age 68 of Lexington, N.C. passed away July 20, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Health, Winston-Salem, N.C.

Mr. Bentley was born on March 30, 1952  in Pike County, Kentucky the son of the late John H. Bentley and Gracie H. Bentley.

Mr. Bentley was a coal miner/motor operator for twenty-five years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Gracie Bentley, his wife, Donna Bentley,and  a brother, Tim Bentley.

Left to cherish his memory are a daughter, Felicia Jones (Stephen ) of Lexington,  four sons, David Gould “Rocky” of Lexington, Derrick Bentley of Lexington, Jeff Camel,  of Pikeville, Ky,.Brent Finch of Pikeville, Ky. and  two sisters, Tori May of Denton and Sylvia May of Kentucky, 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.    

Service will be announced and held at a later date.

Memorials may be directed to Davie Burial & Cremations to assist with funeral expenses.
