Amanda Michelle (Gardner) Moree

Amanda Michelle Moree, 42, died Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. A native of Davidson County, born on July 23, 1977 a daughter to Ronald and Linda Sue Gardner; Debbie and Curtis Gainey; and Terry Vickers.

Amanda was a graduate in the class of 1996 at Central Davidson High School. She worked in the healthcare industry as a CNA / Medical Tech at Hilltop Rest Home and Autumn Ridge for over twenty years. Her favorite past time was making memories with her husband, children, and parents.

Along with her parents she leaves behind a loving husband of eight years, Wesley Moree; a son, Corbin Shane Moree; a daughter, Ziya Pearl Moree, both of Lexington; three brothers, Ron Gardner Jr. of Faith, Michael Gardner  of Spencer; Elliott Vickers of Archdale; two sisters, Lori Martin (Troy) of East Bend, and Hope Facemyer(Greg) of Salisbury.

A celebration of life service will be held at Freedom Baptist Church on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 2:00 PM. Clyde Akers will be officiating. Loved ones may pay their respects one hour prior to service. Interment will follow the service at Yadkin Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers all donations may be made to the funeral home to help pay for funeral expenses.
