Amanda Raye (Hughes) Johns

Amanda Raye Hughes Johns, 55 years old, passed away Thursday morning September 30, 2021, at the Hinkle Hospice House, surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Johns was born on April 5, 1966, in Davidson County, NC, to Lloyd George Hughes and Juanita Stokes Hughes. She was a graduate of West Davidson High.  When she was able, she enjoyed going fishing and enjoyed shooting guns with her husband.

She was proceeded in death by one son, Jeremy Wolfe.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Daniel Gay Johns, her parents, Lloyd and Juanita Hughes, a son, Zachary Wolfe (Virginia) of Cary, three brothers, Dwayne Hughes, Lloyd George Hughes “Chuck”, and Mark Hughes.

Services will be held at a later date.

Family asks that memorials be directed to Donate Life Organ Donation.
