Alisa Dawn (Burris) Hunt

Alisa Dawn Burris Hunt, age 62 of Lexington passed away on July 17, 2021 at her home.

Mrs. Hunt was born in Davidson County, North Carolina on January 4, 1959, to Hull Lee Burris Sr. and Alice Smith Williams. She was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church.  She attended Central Davidson High School.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edgar Lynn Hunt Sr., and a brother, Hoyle Lee Burris, Jr.

Left to cherish her memory are two sons, Edgar Lynn Hunt Jr., Braxton Lee Hunt, one daughter, Lacee Michelle Nichols, four grandchildren, Karsyn Hunt, Kyleigh Nichols, Julian Nichols, McKenna Nichols and one sister, Dona.

A Celebration of Life Memorial service will be Friday, July 23, 2021, at 11:00 am at Center Hill Baptist Church. Pastors Brian Alexander and Bill O’Neal will be officiating.
