Linda Mae Mull Hedrick, 76, passed away Saturday evening, June 23, 2018, at Lexington Healthcare. She was a native of Burke County, born January 28, 1942, the daughter of the late Colin "Bill" and Pansy Mull. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ed and Tommy Mull, and a sister, Doris Morris.
She was a graduate of Central Davidson High School, Class of 1960. She was a member of Hedricks Grove United Church of Christ of Lexington and she was a homemaker.
Those left to cherish her memory are a son, Richard "Dean" Hedrick (Kathy) of Lexington; two daughters, Susan Hedrick Myers (Johnny) of Lexington and Ella Hedrick Smith (Russell) of Denton; a sister Sue Mull Broome of Charlotte; six grandchildren: John Myers, Abby Myers Sowers (William), Kayla Hedrick, Sam Hedrick, Emily Smith and Ragen Smith; and three great grandchildren: Charlotte Sowers , Wilson Sowers and Mason Donadio.
There will be a gathering of family and friends from 3:00 until 4:00 PM, Wednesday, June 27, in the chapel of Davie Burial & Cremation Service of Lexington. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 PM officiated by the Rev. Colleen Danson.
