Lillian May Pinnix

Lillian May Pinnix, 92, died Friday, October 4, 2019 at Alston Brook Nursing Home in Davidson County.  A native of Yadkin County, born August 31, 1927, a daughter to the late Wiley and Sarah Pinnix. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, John Fred Pinnix, Earnest Pinnix, and Garvey Pinnix.

Lillian worked as a clerk in the postal service. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish her memory are a nephew and his family, Roger and Pam Pinnix, Chad and Angela Pinnix, Paiton File, and Evin Pinnix; great niece and her family, Deirdre and Michael Lookabill, Lukas Lookabill, and Korina Lookabill; great niece and her family, Sherry and Barry Byerly, Lindsey Byerly, and Adriana Byerly.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Oak Grove Baptist Church and Cemetery, 8087 Windsor Road, Hamptonville, NC 27020 at 3:00 PM with the Rev. Timothy Sink officiating.

In lieu of flowers any donations can be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church in Hamptonville in her honor.
