Geraldine Brindle Thomason, 70, of Lexington, passed away Friday, September 1, 2017, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. The daughter of the late Walter Lee Brindle and Ruth Allen Brindle, she was born in Davidson County on April 24, 1947. Also preceding her in death was a daughter, Tracy L. Lanning, and two brothers, Richard L. and Garland Brindle. Mrs. Thomason was a homemaker and attended Lighthouse Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Lester Reid Thomason; two sons, Robert Glenn Allen (Tammy) of Lexington and Charles Lee Flow (Kerri) of Georgia; one daughter, Teresa A. Tartaglia of Lexington; two brothers, Jerry and Lewis Brindle, both of Lexington; one sister, Sylvia Hunt (Lloyd) of Churchland; five grandchildren: Holly Lanning, Jessica Troutman, Kelly Lanning, Hannah and Alyssa Allen; and three great grandchildren: Rylee Troutman and Athena and Brantley Hyde.

There will be a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 5, in the chapel of Davie Burial & Cremation Service of Lexington officiated by Preacher Clyde Akers. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
