Earnest Perry Patton

Earnest Perry Patton, 49, died at his residence in Lexington Saturday, June 23, 2018. He was a native of Mississippi, the son of Ernest Perry Robinson and the late Mary Patton. Mr. Patton was disabled.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Burton McCory of the home; three sons: Ramoan Pack and Patrick Grady, both of Mississippi, and Alexander McCory of Lexington; four daughters: Kimberly Earl of Lexington, Precious Moore of Mississippi, Toni Burton and Ryan Burton, both of Lexington; one brother, Travis Patton (Kimberly), and three sisters; Pansy Mitchell, Linda Patton and Cecilia Patton, all of Mississippi. Seven grandchildren also survive, plus three more sisters: Shankia Robinson and Lynn Baxter, both of Winston-Salem, and Corrie Robinson of Chapel Hill.

The family will hold services at a later date.
