Ricky Lee Vanhoy, formerly of Concord, NC,  passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center of Lexington. Mr. Vanhoy was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Lee Vanhoy. He is survived by his mother, Brenda Green of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. 

Mr. Vanhoy was employed as a commercial painter and as a tattoo artist. 

Davie Burial and Cremation Services of Lexington is assisting the family. The remains were sent to Grandstrand Funeral in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
