Barry Whayne Hedrick, 37, passed away at Thomasville Medical Center Tuesday, October 10, 2017. A native of Davidson County, he was born March 27, 1980, the son of the late Roby and Doris Hedrick. Barry graduated from North Davidson High School and served in the United States Army and National Guard from 1997-2007.

Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Jeannie Alese Coltrane Hedrick; one son, Chris Hedrick; two daughters, Lexie Coltrane and Savannah Hedrick all of the home; mother, Donna Marion Trotter; five brothers, Ricky Hedrick, Michael Link, Eugene Hedrick, Charles Hedrick all of Lexington and Steve Hedrick of Hickory; three sisters, Shanna Link and Helen Medlin both of Lexington and Katina Craver of Southmont. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Landreth.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 7:00PM in the chapel of Davie Burial & Cremation Service of Lexington with the Rev. James Nelms officiating. The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be directed to Davie Burial & Cremation Service of Lexington (1403 S. Main St., Lexington, NC 27292) to help offset final expenses.
